Is anyone else using 4closure alert? For some reason I would find some leads on 4closure alert, however, when people call me back they are usually telling not to send letters anymore. A few calls told that they purchasedin foreclosure. I was just wondering how current is the info. or am I not doing something correct? Can someone give me some advice on this or at least tell me how is it going for you using 4closure alert!
