Dean, thank you for traveling to the ends of the country to bring us these great stories, pictures and real-life examples of the friends (yet one-time strangers!) who have chosen to take what you've provided and FLY with it! It is so incredible to see what is at everyone's fingertips! There are so many of us who's lives have been changed by "finding you" and being here this past year. ... you know this step by step newsletters are great, i am really devowering it, i have already found a buyer through a sign posted near where i live, i am still looking for an investment club, but i am not sure where to find those yet.
this is how i learn step by step untill it makes sence in my head than i can twist it arround! by the way i cannot find a realtor, one told me it will not work, and another told me i need a liscense for this, and others are telling me it is iligal, i am in sw florida, and they are pretty strict here. i was thinking of going to get a realator's liscense and do everything on my own. do you think it is a good idea??
