I'm glad that Joe mentioned "family" as a gold coin. There are few things that measure up to my family's security in importance to me - in fact there are only two others - My God, and my sobriety (without which I would have no family to support!). This has made it difficult to sacrifice the time and attention (focus) on this new line of real estate investment thinking, but also has made it just that much more imperative. I was going to blow off watching your video this week, to focus on holiday and family, but now I'm very glad that I didn't. Maybe we can make this next year a season to remember! Thanks Guys.

I need to replay this over and over and take notes and ask myself how and where to apply this lesson. II just got back from up north and we finally rented the house up there. I will send you a book of the open houses and the rental we just rented.

Now that I am home and now that I have internet I am going to go to all of my pass weekly wisdom. I just pray that I do not miss out on the 2 hour blog because I have not been able to access the inter net until this week.

I understand what you are saying, however what if I'm like your silver or bronze and if you say NO to me you miss out on the GOLD.

I love that saying: "Today is the last day of the way I used to be..." I would like to have today be the last day of worry...the last day of fear. I think those are the things holding me back from my first and best real estate deals.

So, after I sign out of this website, I will order my yellow bandit signs, call my realtor, and put in a couple of offers!

I also wanted to say that a few weeks back I spent all day looking up websites for a cash buyers list. I did exactly what DG says and it really works! I have a list of cash buyer lined up. Still looking forward to that first deal! God bless you all as you progress towards your goals in 2013!!!

I love listening to Joe Polish. I am on his email list, so I receive stuff from him on a regular basis. Although I choose not to purchase a program from him at this point, I do learn little tidbits of wisdom from him, because every now and then he will share stuff with those on his mailing list. Really happy to see him here on the DG family website. He always has little gems and one liners of wisdom. I grab them and hold them close to my heart.

Hi Dean,

Yes, I have gotten rid of the battery drainers in my life. However, I still have a few who are too draining, though not thoroughly negative. They are more negative than positive and concentrate too much on other people's business (gossip). I do not like gossip. I want to, and will move forward in 2013 with minimal or no contact with these people. I have already started spending less time with them at their homes and on the phone.
