Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdom #212 - From Broke to Blessed

I've been dying to see the famous Carol Stinson and now I have. Her story is so inspiring to me for a number of reasons I won't go into right now. Mostly, she gives me hope that someone as down and out as she was able to pick herself up and actually succeed at trying something totally new.

Congratulations, Dean! You are always inspiring, but this story is a keeper for sure. Hats off to you and to Carol for giving back and incorporating altruisim into all of our daily lives.

Finding ways to benefit others is in fact the way to get more blessings. It tell us in the Bible that we must give to receive and I know this is why Dean is so blessed. Who else in the public eye is willing to put his hand in his pocket and take money and give it away like that. Not Dean's competition, -that's for sure.

I have finally came to decision that if she can do it like she has ,then what is stopping all of us?I have been Bankrupt Twice ,VOLUNTEERD TURN IN TWO VEHICLES THEN,BUT AFTER 6 BACK SURGERIES ,TWO SROKES W/WIFE ,WAS ACCUSED OF TRYING TO CHEMICALLY POISON MY MOM ,AT THE SAME TIME 2 WEEKS AFTER FUNERAL WIFE WENT TOO HOSPITAL,HAD STROKE , AND WAS SUSPECTED THEN BUT,BUT,BUT,When GOD stepped in and I was told just because you are way down in the deepest pit does,not mean you have to stay there. Brush your self off ,go own w/life !!!Did you HEAR WHAT I SAYED,?THEN answered my prayers and I WAS CLEARED , CLEARED, from all ,I am still here today and holding on untill I make it AND MY CREDIT IS AT GOOD STANDING 725 BEACON.People seem to talk different today about me ,HUMMMMMMM!!

SO YOU NEED TO STEP BACK AND INVENTORY YOURSELF ,AND HOPE YOU DON,T HAVE A.D.H.D. LIKE I DO .YOU ARE MORE BLESSED THAN YOU KNOW ,JUST LOOK AT YOURSELF and YOU will relize HOW GOOD LIFE REALLY IS ,AND YOU WILL BE ALL YOU WON,T TOO BE EACH DAY YOU DECIDE TOO BE MORE AND MORE....NO -ONE CAN STOP YOU BUT YOU!!!!!! Dean, I just want to thank you for helping those effected by Sandy and continuing to be there for all of us here on the site. It's been a while since I last posted, I forgot what Carol went through. I know that my circumstances at this point are nowhere near where she was at when she started. Sometime a simple reminder that, "You don't have it too bad" is what we need to hear. I am close to my deal, I can feel it coming.

Always enjoys your weekly blogs, This one really ROCKS. I am truly inspired by Coral's Story and all the things you have made happened for those hurricane Sandy's Victims.
I am very proud to be a part of a team that can reach out to others in critical situations like these; like reaching out to that pastor and his church. I know that many people may not see $15,000.00 as a lot, but every little bit counts.

i am on the edge of my first deal.. soon to be closed..in the meantime while i can't pay my car payment. i am wracking up huge vet bills and loosing my precious bunnies this past year to old age, cancer and other things. my heart is broken and i feel defeated, just lost my angelica rose sat. to cancer.. wish life would stop beating me up so much. i feel hopeless and lost....need to find my way again...this deal is closing.. back and forth... need it done now. happy birthday to me.....

...that just by reaching out and sharing a part of yourself, you not only improve your life but you are helping others as well? Only on this site and through the DG family (a rather cool and caring group of people, if I do say so myself) is that possible. Carol, your story is somewhat similar to my own since I have five children (but they are now all grown--but I now have six grandchildren) so I always read your journals and seek out your wisdom and knowledge. I hope to meet both you and Dean in 2013 so that I can share with you how much you both have meant to me. May God continue to bless you both and to my DG family (old and new) remember--"THE BEST IS YET TO COME!"

Everytime I hear about Carol, it makes me emotional. She WAS where I Am. If her story doesn't inspire you, check your pulse. I will keep trying.

Now, that's what I'm talkin' about. If she can do it, so can I!!

I had my 1 year anniversary of my first deal on Sunday!! I closed 10 deals in 1 year!!! And on Wednesday I just bought my first rehab with private money!!!

What a blessing that video was! Thanks Dean for your kind donation to Staten Island. That was a really good call because Staten Island for whatever reason was left out of a lot of relief efforts. I live at the Jersey Shore and it's awesome to see Pastor Dave's churches help rebuild over 1500 homes; the same is going on in my area in Ocean Grove. Awesome work!

Speaking of work, I want to say that I am really starting to see this stuff work. Today I spent close to 12 hours online researching buyers and met incredible people who want to do business with me. Incredible opportunity! I just know I'm going to close my very first deal soon!! Yeah Praise God!! I really need the money!! )Blessings everyone! You can do it!

Hi Dean,

Amazing! Carol even looks better than she did about three years ago! I am happy that she got to where she did. She is free to work her own hours and take care of her children, especially the last little one.

Isn't it great, Dean, to have people like Carol in your corner? Deciding to help you out like that, that is awesome! That's what I want to do when I do make it. And I will. I am getting closer to getting a job and finishing my Advanced computer courses.

Dear Dean,
Thank You for allowing us to be a part of encouraging those who are effected by Sandy. I am sorry that it has taken me so long to send this blog. I am back in LA for and go back up tomorrow we leave to go back up north to work on the rental house and the internet up north is intermittent. So if you do not here from me it is because i Do not have internet access.

I am so grateful for allowing us to be apart of the recovery of those affected. May God work quickly to help the people who lost everything to rebuild not only their lives but also better homes than before.

Great for you to give check to the pastor.I admire all the work you have done and am trying to study you. You are the one I like the most for what you have done so far. And loved to see carol again on video- she has great stories.

This has made me so happy. It is said that when we think about our own day to day life and look upon all the things we dont have or we complain there may be others that wish they could be in your shoes or others that may be doing worst off than you. I consider myself in a realllly rough time as I am learning and doing at the same time. Sometimes fearful and unsure of what is going to happen because I am new, but I keep going forward because in my heart I will be able to turn my life around with the knowledge of real estate soon. I have learned so much and experienced deals but still working on prefecting myself to get the first one done, I get frustrated and upset because my back is well agaibst the wall, watching this video reaffirmed my faith in the world. I am so grateful to be apart of the dg family and see the donation is helping people in need and even though I am not physically there, I know my prayers are in the book handed over to the pastor to be an encouragement for someone grasping onto their faith. Thank you for putting up the video and allowing me to be apart of such a beautiful part of history. I cant stop crying, I understood the prayers would go out to the families but to put them in a book and present them with the donation was just amazing. Thank God for all the people who are receiving help and those who will receive help from the dg family and those who truly care about the humanity of others.

Dean,I know your as proud of Carol as she is of herself. She looked great up there. The worries that shaded her look some years ago are all but gone!Good for her.
