I did get in, and already I am loving it so much. Yes, it was another rib out of my rib cage, but I am confident that I will earn the money back triple times over! Still working on my buyers list. Bandit signs are going to be posted (as soon as they come in), and the phone will start ringing next! I believe in it, because Dean believes in it. There are just too many students out there who are living proof that it works. I am going to be one of them!

I do have that book and I put the cover back on it to show me THAT is the book to keep reading. I laughed whe I found it because I have sticky notes sticking out all over it.

I'm so excited to be on your team! I finally closed on my Volusia County deal that was my first fix and flip! I made $25,000 on this deal! It's AMAZING! This stuff works!!....I am so greatful for you and your passion for your students!....This deal was with a partner and I utilized the 25/1 offer and I also have a contract locked up and will profit at least $500.00 through a quick claim deed! I also used bandit signs and didn't have much luck but I am going to stratigize with my brother Jeran Hoobler that just purchased Insider's Edge Platium and I can't wait to get on board with him and devolope a powerful real estate company! We are devoloping our company and I wanted to ask you if you like the name "Power House Investors"? We have the doname name but haven't incorporated ourselves yet!
My next deal is in the making... I also wrote up a owner financing offer on a duplex near the water. I'm in negotiation with the owner who is out of state. She ownes this deal and she is motivated to sell... I love this stuff man and can't wait to meet you!

For anyone who is complaining because they can't afford the new program please stop blaming the one person who gives more free training and inspiration than anyone in the business. The fact that you can't afford it is not his fault. I bought two books a few years ago and since then have downloaded and printed a huge stack of info that he just gave away. Every time he has one of these programs come out, at the very end he always gives away something to those who couldn't afford it...like this time it's a whole book. You can spend the rest of your life blaming someone else for your situation or lack of finances or you can start doing something about it yourself. The blame game gets you nowhere. Dean is a great guy who really cares about people. And that includes us po folk. Again, I say THANKS DEAN FOR YOUR GENEROUS OFFER!!!

its a great book to read, and to read more than once.

Hi Dean,
First of all, thanks for your great gifts - the two books. I have made some progress toward getting my 'B' driver's license that I talked to you about. I passed the three written exams. Now I have to do five practice tests in the bus and then do the 'B' practical. After that, I can get a job and with the extra money, start with the bandit signs and do all the things you taught us. I also have made progress in other aspects of my life, and I am hoping to work with someone whom I expect to be my 'better half' very soon. He is shy. I am working on it. You know what they say: One can make hundreds; two can make millions!!!
