Dean, the more you give, the more comes back to you multiplied over and over. I've seen this in my own life.
You and this DG family are a recent blessing that have come my way. Never would have thought I'd know as much about real estate a month or so ago! Still reading book #2.

Yes, Dean, I agree. When you give, you get so much more in return. Just by giving to the people of Joplin, you helped Indiana Joe make $$, got to sell a book, and you were mentioned on the news. More publicity; more business and more people you will be able to help. Sometimes it is just about helping people and feeling good that you are able to help. Hey Dean, this was a Great thing for you to do. I'm sure it personally felt just wonderful when you were on that plane coming home and thinking back to all of this: The DG Network, how your life has unfolded from all the hard work, and being able to create an avenue to help others like those of Joplin, MO. I'm in the middle, finally, of doing my first deal after just shy of 5 months: A two house Assignment right here in Phoenix. You going to Joplin has aided in me keeping my attitude positive in every way as I walk through all the stages. So you helped me also in a round-a-bout way. While there is no need to respond to this posting, I Hope you get a chance to read this so you can see that if it has affected my work performance, be assured it has affected other in similar ways.

How you doin bud?! This is just fantastic! The DG Steamroller keeps rollin along squashing the notion throughout the nation that all investors are in it purely for selfish, monetary gains. Hold on tight to your dream Dean, you've got a huge family of like minded people behind you trying to get this great country back on it's feet again (which we will, as we always have and always will). That must have felt great, to be able to help those people in Joplin. It's good that people see that from you. Most people "talk the talk" about helping, but to witness you helping those people in person, was truly awesome! Keep up the excellent work Dean!

It is great that the DG family is giving to Joplin. This helps me. I can't help but to admit that I've questioned some of the practices of PMI. I've spent thousands of dollars to join the success academy. However, someone convinced me to spend another thousand+ on a software called PropTrend. A few months later, DG comes out with 'Totalrealestate.com' for free which negated the need for this thousand dollar SW. I wish they would have told me up front that the SW was not that important. Instead I feel like it was about selling. At any rate, over all, I think Dean (and company) has helped many people with their success and that should be noted.

The time listed for tonight's call in is 9:00 EST but in the Eastern time zone we are using EDT so do I call in at 10:00 EDT ( which would be 9:00 EST ) ??

I would post the time as EDT since that is what the zone is using currently. Just a suggestion.

It gave me a good feeling inside watching that.
I was in on the wednesday night call and making
my own notes so I want to thank you and Joe Jerek
for that gold mine of information shared with all of us and the firey passion that went into it. Think I may listen to that one again and try that out..

Looks like Joplin is indeed one step closer to being back where they belong and living their lives to the fullest! Great job Dean with this entire success, the whole DG family is truly proud! And good stuff to see as you were with the Red Cross and the media, making it known of who we are and why our intent for this was so strong. I think the message truly got spread around real well that when you give back to others, later down the road in life it will definitely be given back to you!

Also, what an awesome conference call we had with you and Joe, it was definitely a night that was filled with great wisdom and capability. I am looking forward to more great calls coming later, as well as that special something you have in store this coming month. Well thanks again for another great blog and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
