I heard about this seminar but couldn't get the time off work to attend. I would love to be part. I need all the help I can get. I sign up for the DG back in early August and nothing has happen yet, but I'm still encourage knowing that one day something will break and I will get that first deal.

Hey Dean and Matt and everyone else envolved. I just want to say thank you for the uplifting words you all have for us. I have to say that I'm still not able to get myself going for some reason. I will not give up on myself just like you all never give up on us either. If you all ever have an inclination to come to Las Cruces, New Mexico to do some deals, I sure can use and would greatly appreciate your help. And I just could be your next top student.

This sounds excellent. I am in the final stages of completing my first deal, but since it is a forclosure the deal is on hold until the bank can make sure the foreclosure was completed properly. All of my funds are tied to this deal and I am anxious to move on to the next one. I can't wait to see what you are planning.

I would like to say thanks to Dean and VIP team. I've been trying to find Private money to do my 1st deal for months now. This is awesome and a great thing that you and the VIP team is doing. well my father jus introduced me to your program and it sounds great.. ive been a mechanic at honda for bout a year now and well nothing is really happening im not moving up and im starting my family. so i was wondering how do i get into the program and how does it work???? well hope to hear from you soon and well thanks for the oppertunity you have put out here for us all.

Getting finance to close a deal is difficult. I am looking for distressed property (motivated seller)any area. If seller is motivated enough I will ask if they are willing to take back paper. At present I have one property in process and just about to see if the owner will consider a first mortgage. Your initiative seems a great way of perhaps giving all of us exciting opportunities for the future.

Did my first deal this year and looking for my second one but like many getting started with the funds is always a challenge. Very interested in this new deal....I will be waiting for more info.

This would solve a lot of the problems for us fellow students is some serious financial backing so we can complete deals and that way we can all make money together. thx Dean!! Let's make it happen.

Thanks Dean for all the information, there are great deals here in De. just not enough investors to purchase. I get a lot of tire kickers, that get your hopes up, and than I lose the contract because they don't have the cash to close. Thanks for all your blogs.

I think there should be a way that everyone has a way to go to a bank owned by the DG family where they can get a loan to buy some of these great deals on these foreclosed homes just sitting no matter what there credit is or if they have a down payment or not then they pay back the money plus a fee for the loan. I also think it would be great if some of the succesful students would take some time out of their lives to go to where some of us newbies live and help them get started by helping them with their first deal or two with a fee of course so they can see how it is done first hand. Not everyone can afford the academy and the other programs out there not that they are not great but like me i am homeless but i still want to succeed,i just need some help.

I hope it is available to all not just those with cash or good credit,that is why so many of us are having a hard time getting started we can't afford to join the academy or buy into the other products not that they are not good but not all of us can afford to buy all these things,i go days without eating and am homeless but i still want to suceed I just need help.
