I just got my first investment property!!! I live in Brooklyn and the property is in Florida..go figure? Anybody can do this anywhere..wow...Just followed Dean's steps.. Is there anyone in the tr-state area willing to network? I got some cash buyers,no properties and a few leads on some motivated sellers....Is there anyone that can help?
