I am a student of real estate investment.
And I have a question about living in B.C., and investing in the U.S. How does one go about this business without being there, I also can not put out bandit signs, as I don't live in the area.
I appoligize if my first blog seems a bit negative, it's not meant to, I'm just struggling to get me feet on the ground here, any suggestions in these matters would be helpful.
