I have asked for help and no one wants to help. I put it out there what and who I am and where I want to be. The agent black listed us, because of her attitude and no other agents want to work with us. Been to a REA meeting and those agents push me off to somewhere else. I will not lie about who I am, I will not hide what I got going on and my motivation on why I want to do better. I need help...I NEED HELP and I don't know where to turn or who to turn too. It may be easy for some but not for me and I need help. Money, Money, Money, Money is all anyone seems to care about and I have had it. I am very frustrated and don't no what to do. If someone can help, please do. I have forms, they get turned down because they are not sure, but they are an attorney. I just can't handle this stress.

The agent we had, my suspicion, has black listed us. I say this because every time we get an agent, they quit. I don't understand and this has become very frustrating to me because I really want to succeed. Please I need to know what to do to go on my own without an agent. UPDATE: Agent quit and can't help. I need to do this myself and how. Any suggestions would be nice. How do I talk to agents? Any advice will help.

Hello, I am PROUD to say, we are finally on our way. Got a EXCELLENT Agent, Real Estate Attorney, and broker. Each willing to work with us on getting it done correctly. Finally, it has been a long time, but at the same time I know God has a plan for us also. Just had to share because this is awesome.

I must say we are beginning to get this really off the ground. We have our letters ready to send out to collect our proper team and get down to business. The realtor we have is about to be a had and we are going to move on. I will keep you guys in the loop on how it is all going. I must say on top of all God has made sure we are doing what we need to do. Remember without God, you have nothing. So remember, God should be first and the rest will follow.

Hello everyone,

Been a long time, well it seems that way, was on our way to a deal then...snag...R E A. No biggie though, we have decided to take this weekend and start fresh with the new resources we acquired Thursday. Get a new team and go from there and start making this a business and quit being scared. I went to an investors meeting and YES they are worth it because of the contacts and resources you get just by being there. Well have fun and I will be back soon.
