I went to my first landlords meeting last night. I learned a lot that I did not even think about.
There is much more to learn about renting especially in the city.

my first deal

I put in my first deal. I sent a letter of intent and it was accepted so today I will put in the contract. (If I can get a letter of credit) I hope it goes through. I stand to make good money on this deal. I got the house for 19000 and it is appraised and assessed for 51900. It needs new carpet and a/c repair but other than that it is good. Wish me luck.
