I KNOW THAT THE FIRST THING TO DO IN THIS BUSINESS, DOESN'T MATTER WHAT STRATEGY YOU PICK, YOU STILL NEED TO HAVE A BUYERS LIST.

I AM LOOKING FOR BUYERS IN UTAH, AND I AM WORKING OUT OF DAVIS COUNTY. I HEARD FROM DEAN'S BLOGS, DON'T REMEMBER WHICH ONE BUT HE SAID TO START IN YOUR OWN BACKYARD IS A GOOD WAY TO START. SO I AM STICKING TO THAT STRATEGY AND WILL EXPAND SOONER THAN LATER. I HAVE BEEN TO REI CLUBS AND SITES BUT I STILL THINK THAT THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO LOOK FOR MOTIVATED BUYERS TOO.
