Today took a little twist. I spent most of my RE time "plotting and planning" instead of doing. Decided to wait on the biz cards until I get my new local number to put on them. Can't see locals being too excited about calling my S. Fl. phone number. Will continue to use my homemade cards for now.

Downloaded the "Done for you marketing" section of blueprint and was reading that as well as listening to a lesson on creating a Facebook Fan page correctly. Finally, a way to get my biz on Facebook and not just my personal page.

It doesn't seem like I did a lot today but somehow it took up over 3 hours. Hopefully doing all that I learned about today won't take as long.

I spent most of my day being frustrated at my other business's problems and lack of speedy resolutions to them. I figured that instead of being frustrated and aggravated all day, I should start my REI work earlier in the day. ( My butt now hurts from sitting in front of the computer for so long )
I spent some time responding to some forums and checking out things on this site that I haven't done before. I spent a good bit of time at the Property Assessor's website checking out the list of names I got from my SFL system and the cash sales list I got from the only responding (so far) agent. Finished watching the "closed door session" disk and disk 1 of the edge event.
The more I listened, the more I was plotting and planning how to but this info into action here.
(I seem to notice that I am spending more time going over my speeches and plans in my head. I believe this is a good thing )

Must continue with page 2 of 30 day to cash homework tomorrow.

'Til tomorrow

Well today proves that the things in my life that I have to do take so much time away from the things that I want to do.... RE. By the time I was done doing everything, it was 9 PM and I was first getting started on my RE work. That wouldn't sound so bad except my day started about 5 am because of another lousy night's sleep. I don't complain because this is the life I have chosen and the consequences of that choice.

Used my SFL program to get a list of cash buyers tonight. Will use the new BluePrint to create a letter to send to these names.
Got my Edge 11 Training videos today. Will start watching them tomorrow.

Spoke to 2 people today about investing and overcoming obstacles. 1 through DG.com and 1 by phone. I'm amazed sometimes at what comes out of my mouth. It sounds so intelligent. If my head would have listened to my mouth sooner, I would have probably made my first deal already. I've learned so much about strategy. I now have to implement the strategies. THAT"S WHY I'M HERE!!!

Finished up first week of Blueprint's homework. Printed out week 2's assignment sheets and started thinking about the design of my business cards.
I also pinned another map where I am currently working with another investor who hasn't been too successful on his own either. I saw definite pockets on this map. I'm sure that we would have wasted a whole lot of time had I not done this because the pockets were not in the areas we had been working.

Finished up the day with emails, PMs and future plannings.
