The strongest fear that I face is the fear of the unknown. Having decided to enter real estate as an investor this July, I am forced to face the overpowering fear of real estate. It is encouraging to see success on the weekly blog of other people that have had success facing their fears. Watching the video from the Buyer's Summit (#198) was especially refreshing and encouraging since I will be attending the Buyer's Summit in September. Watching this video made me realize that knowledge without application is not much better than no knowledge at all. This week I will make several offers rather than just focusing on knowledge and setting up a business.
