First Day for Newbie!

Have been reading Deans Books, always wanted to do this but never have worked up the courage. Been praying that God to deliver the hope and success to do this. Took the deposit for work this morning, (family business), and thought I have always gone back to work but this morning I took a detour. I went through a neighborhood near where I grew up and wrote down info to call on houses I found for sale and FSBO. Towards the end of the neighborhood I found a house for sale by a realtor and the owner and wife was working in the garage. I initially drove by and turned around at the end of the street and came back and stopped in front of the house. I was so nervous but stopped and talked to the owner, very nice older couple that was downsizing and moving a block over. Showed me all the "pros" of the house and I was there 10-15 minutes. I kind of froze on my questions but told the couple I would look over the info sheet on the realtors sign and get back to them. I am wanting to do a No Money Down Deal or get into it with as little as possible. I'm learning and this morning I crossed a HUGE hurdle by stopping and talking to the owner. New I am calling other houses I found in area and homes listed for rent by a property management company. DAY 1, WEEK 1 looks like a Success to me!
