1st day of the rest of my life

I'm so excited I can't sleep... do you remember the Disneyland commercial from a couple years ago where the kids were too excited and the dad chimes in also? Well that is how i feel, I thought it was fear but I calmed down and realized it is excitement. My husband and I have been scrambling for a month trying to get the money together to attend the 3-day seminar for Dean's Insiders Edge training. I got a call from the person who has been working with us from Dean's office today and he said today is the last day or you will have to wait until it comes again in the summer. I decided WE HAD TO BE THERE this weekend and I wasn't going to let another opportunity pass us by so in less than 1 day I was able to pull together the money needed for the seminar. I have to say it is amazing even to me because I had to suck it up and apply for food stamps last month because the money has been so tight. That being said all I can see now is blue sky at the top of the hole I am in and can't wait to finish climbing out and get on top of the mountain I have been looking at for the last few years.
I am putting it out here that I have a goal to raise $5k by June with real estate investing to save my own home from the tax auction in June.....So how can it get any better and what else is possible?!
