Ok, the wholesale deal I talked about before still has not closed. I'm starting to worry a little about it. I don't know if they can cut me out somehow or not, but crazy thoughts like that are starting to come into my head.
In the meantime, I stopped marketing for new deals, due to having to spend a bunch of time and money for repairs on a rental. Mostly money, on my part, since I don't physically do the repairs. But it was major stuff (plumbing and electrical) so it took a lot of my attention for awhile there.
So now that's all behind me and I'm ready to start marketing again. Hopefully a good deal will be coming to me soon. I hope so. This wholesaling isn't as easy or fast as I had thought it would be. I'm not about to quit, though.
