Ready for a victory!

Hello everyone. I've never posted a blog entry before, so bear with me.
Been doing real estate, apparently the wrong way, for many years. Paid for some coaching back in January (not Dean's), but haven't had much success. Bought Dean's books 2 or 3 months ago & have been trying to get my first wholesale deal done. It's been like 3 months, so far, and it's still not closed. But, it's not dead either, so I guess there's still hope.
I just really want & need to see some success in real estate. I still have a full-time job, which I like OK, but I never planned to work at a job until I died. I've been planning for real estate to become my full-time income for a long time now, but I can't seem to get unstuck. If you guys have any ideas I can use, or can just pray for me, I would appreciate it. Thanks so much.
