Wow, never thought I'd be writing a blog or that I would even know how! Thanks Dean for giving us the venue to express our challenges and victories! I am now officially excited to be doing real estate investing! I have recently "locked up" a property in pre-forclosure (less than 45 days in arrears) and now am kinda having an issue deciding what the best course of action is (next steps). I think because of the infancy of the foreclosure process. It would be a great hold and lease option (to buy) rental with a short sale exit strategy. Or i was thinking go form the short approval and wholesale it once approved. Man this is where it gets confusing for me! HELLLPPP!!
