The journey I have been on

It has been a great journey so far. I have learned a lot so much in the last few months. I was able to put out the 25 signs. I was able to get one caller from that. I found what I thought was a great real estate agent. She was a great help for 4 days. I was able to get a taste of working with a agent. Then I had to let her go. I was able to see the MLS list for the first time. That was real cool to see. It feels good to start taking action and move forward with this. I was able to pick up 2 more agents. We will see if they are welling to work with a aggressive investor. I then drove around with a friend. We started to look for FSBO homes. We got to find about 7 homes that are FSBO. I was able to get a list of homes that were bought with cash in the last 90 days. I was able to look them up on the tax rolls. I got the address of the investors. I will then mail a letter to them and put in a business card along with it. I was able to call some for rent adds and talked to a few investors. so It has been a great start so far and I will never give up. This is my moment and this is my time. I am almost there I can taste the success. I will tell you this though it has not been easy. It has been a rough road but at the end of that road is my dream.
