Finally back

I am sorry I have strayed away for so long. I was starting to get involved with a Real Estate Broker that deals mostly with pre-forclosures, and short sales. He seemed to have quite a bit of knowledge and I was going to Birddog for him. Mostly he would give me a listing of homes in pre-forclosure and I would do my do dilligence to find the ones that were still not forclosed yet. I was to approach them and set an appointment for them with this broker ut for the life of me I couldn't approach them and it got worse and worse. It got to the point that I was frozen in fear. Because I didn't have a car,so I was afraid that they wouldn't take me seriously or that they would be thinking that I was trying to basically steal the house out from under them. Now I know that I was trying to help them either save their house, their credit, or both. I also knew that I was giving them an opportunity to get money for selling their house in a short sale. Most people think that if the do a short sale they are left with nothing but They can get what ever money they need to relocate. I just couldn't see myself saying to a homewner, "This may or may not apply to you but do you have any friends that may be having trouble with their Mortgage payments" The next thing I could think of was seeing the homeowner coming at me with a shot gun.
I just have to change my perspective, My outlook, My attitude, because if I don't I am never going to get this.
