I'm looking for some help here. Business has been pretty slow for me, but is now starting to pay off. I've had some conversations with Bank of America and have third party authorization for my current deal, I'm just waiting on the seller to finish putting his paperwork together so we can submit it. I have a buyer lined up given the price is right, I just need some help making sure I structure the deal correctly. From my experience and talking with other professional Bank of America can be difficult, so I want to avoid anymore delays.
My questions:
1. When registering in Equator do I have my real estate agent register and double close or can I just register as a vendor and wholesale the property?
2. If someone has done a deal like this, what is the best way to expedite the process and what is the best way to structure it?
Along with this property I have 5 others that are vacate and held by Bank of America, so figuring out this piece will help me tremendously.
