been a while

Been crazy busy . Recently took up wholesaling and have sold 5 or 6 in the last 2 months. Two were sold to the DG family Currently have a rehabbed property on the market. We also have a long awaited short sale purchase closing in about a week and also have a private owned property under contract that we may wholesale or fix and hold as a rental or possibly offer as a turn key investment. We also have another Lake property offer accepted on a land contract that we will use for a while and re-sell for a profit of course. I hope everyone is doing well.
