My very first business cards order of 10,000 have not been arrived yet; I just placed them about five days ago with the couple of car magnets.
It was last year in the month of February when I went to the one of Dean's post card invitation informational meeting for the first time. I have been reading his books and tried to digest all the information that I get from Edge home courses as well as this website until today. It took me almost 1.5 years to take action; ordering business cards.
With the excused mind set of 'can't do anything yet since the business cards are not here', I came to car service to take care of some of necessary maintenance before I get to hit on the road for the definite upcoming busy schedules which include going to the REI meetings, auctions, and putting up band it signs all over the places.

With a little bit of hesitation, I told her that I am a real estate investor. She asked for my business card, and I couldn't give her any. She started to asked me all these questions and I was able to answer her and give her my own opinion about her house issues. She was getting more into the conversation and end up giving me her two houses' addresses and asked me to look for a property in a certain area.
She wants to do a lease to option with one of her houses, and buy a house in a good area as well through my service.
