I have chosen to rehab a house from a wholesale company (A Team). They are also doing my hard money loan. The service I've received from "A Team" is great. They value my interest in profiting from deals and have actually kept me from closing on one of their houses because after double checking, the comps provided were off which resulted in a much lower ARV. Over time, I managed to put some wholesale properties of my own under contract. I recruited the help of "A Team" for an expert opinion in conducting a repair estimate and they helped in marketing those properties too. Long story short, the guys at "A Team" love what I do and how I work. They want me to come work for them. "A Team" will pay to get me licensed, giving me access to the MLS. I haven't been able to complete a wholesale deal just yet so i am interested in their offer. Should I take the position with "A Team" giving me more resources and opportunity or stick it out independently as a wholesaler?
