I have a buyer interested in a house that I looked at with the listing realtor -the realtor did mention that the owner said cash deal - the interested buyer relied back asking if the owner would do owner financing with a down payment - do I need to be concerned with this ,do I pass this along to the realtor or should I not even get involved doing an assignment of contract ?
