Sorry for not posting 
I had to take a couple of days off to get lure stuff done. It's another hump busting week, getting ready for a trip to Miami next Sat. Those darn bills keep coming and the RE money hasn't come in yet.
Speaking of RE money, I do have some news. After some discussion and hesitations on the reality of our offer, my partner and I have an offer in on our "slam dunk" house out west. It was found out that the sellers are also investors so we added a number of positive incentives for them to accept our offer now. Just mentioning that we are also looking for 5 more houses might just be the trick. (Of course this idea came to me as I was getting ready to go to sleep so I had to get up and email the partner so this idea would be used before he submitted the offer.) Anyway, I'll keep y'all posted.
