Well hump busting week continues only this time there have been some developments.

Got our first CO house under contract. Now just waiting for buyer's walk through and approval. In the meantime, got word today from an investor (who got my number from my bandit sign 2 months ago) and he told me about a house that fits my buyer's criteria. So today I looked like an octopus: Phone in 1 ear, Lures being tied with both hands, Laptop being used for "conference" calling. It looked funny to me but then again, I once saw my former boss on 3 phone calls at the same time. It was a riot to watch him juggle. Those were the good ole days.

So now I'm waiting for inspection approval, contract approval and a return call from my local buyer. That's all I'm saying about all of this until I get some answers (not that I'm supersticious!)
