There are not many opportunities we have to drastically change the path of our lives, but I feel fortunate to say, that Deans' books, material, and this website, have all given me the opportunity to see a new light!
I currently own 3 pieces of real estate (2 investment, 1 I live in). All 3 homes have been purchased with little money out of pocket, and all have potential to either bring consistent cash flow, or appreciate consistently over the next 3-5 years.
I am incredibly excited to team up with investors who have experience with REO's, Foreclosures, and FSBOs who may not have the time to put into finding/closing on deals.
The resource I have on my side, is free time to locate, coordinate, and close on deals. After closing on my 3rd piece of property, I had the opportunity to establish relationships with a solid real estate attorney, Broker, and a few lenders(who have access to lists of pre-foreclosure/HUD/REO homes).
The Nashville TN real estate sales market is currently pretty solid, compared to other parts of the country/state. There have been an increasing number of people who have gone into default, who need investors like us to help them out of tough situations.
Real Estate has been a passion of mine for close to 8 years now, and I am ready to team up with some DG family members, to help take both of our lives to new levels.
On a personal note, I am on the path toward obtaining my private pilots license, travel the country every chance I get, and was born and raised in Texas. I am open and ready to narrate my life toward greatness, and help others along the way.
