Never Been Happier!

When John and I joined the program, it was a very stressful time for us. The business John had for 25 years was struggling; I was unhappy at my job, which was in jeopardy due to impending mergers. Our son was in college, and our daughter was less than two years away from starting college. We had a lot of debt.

John started buying books and learning about real estate investing. He was sure that this is what he wanted to do. I was not so sure. Everyone said we were getting in at the wrong time...it seemed too risky to me. He read several books, and felt he was ready. The first couple deals did not turn out very well. He was discouraged, but not willing to give up. He saw Dean's infomercial late one night, and bought his book.

He immediately knew that this book, (and the Author ) was different. Not only did it offer better tools and ideas than the other things he had read and studied, it left him motivated and EXCITED about real estate.

He then joined the coaching program and things took off! I left my job a little over a year later, and we are now working together as full time, successful real estate investors. We have more time and money to do the things we want to do...we have never been happier!
