Well, today was my serious first day. I followed some of the tasks my advisor gave me and was totally surprised when I got a response from Craigs List for a buyer! Now, I have several properties to look at that I'm hoping will fit her needs. Not only that, I talked with 2 local investors that buy rentals or any good deal. At least one is more than willing to work with me. I am so jazzed I can't stand myself!!!
