Ready for action...

I have read all of Dean's books and finally decided to take action this time. I am recently separated and a father of two that I need to get through college. They are 16 and 14 great kids! Anyway, I have been watching all of Deans infomercials since Feb. 2010. Ordered Your Town for what ever reason this was the book that got me off of my butt and put his teaching to work. Well needless to say one of my co-workers saw me reading my book. I gave him a copy of Real Estate Millionare and now we have decide to form a partnership. As a matter of we are working on 3 deals. We both have not so good credit and were talking about getting some Hard Money financing. Another one of our co-workers heard bits and pieces of our conversation over lunch and wants to invest! With his investment we are well on our way!
