I have been in this industry for the past 24 years.
Contractor - Painting & remodeling from 1986 - Still
Commercial R.E. agent since 1992 - still
Investor purchasing multi family homes then expanding to buiding lots and single family homes 1996 ending 2006.
Have structured no money down deals for myself and clients
The market has changed and I went through some personal problems. I also went off track purchasing restaurants as well.I've gone broke and tired of it. Its time to retool and get back out there.
What I have learned about success is continue to do what you do best and not deveat from it.
