I have been bouncing around Southern Cal for about 4-5 years trying to figure out what I want to do and how I can get to my goals. I have been in retail, construction, mortgage and currently am in the List/ Lead Business. I, like most everybody here, came across Dean's infomercial......at work.... and thought it was a good idea to check it out. So here I am starting out and am working on a buyers list and property locating so I can start with assignments and work my way up to flipping and fixing and holding for rental income and to increase my net worth.
I would love to talk to people that are doing well that can offer encouragement and pointers. I'm all about being successful and have done so in everything I have done (I got into mortgage a little too late, but I got out early enough to miss the crash!) Just a matter of getting hooked in and comfortable. One day I'd love to be offing advice on what I did and helping others too.
