New to Dean's Course and where I am now...

Just last week I started dean's ITS Training Course and in 1 week completed my first three assignments and have gotten two more from my coaches.

Prior to taking this course I researched the following resources:

General Contractors
Mortgage Broker
Real Estate Agent
Home Inspector
Home Appraiser
Landscaper
Electrical
Business bank account

I have been working on my buyers list by contacting FSBO on Craigslist using the following message:

Dear Sir,

I am a Real-Estate Investor in the valley area currently looking for motivated buyers; if you are interested in developing a business relationship please respond with your current contact information and a brief description of your property criteria.

I have developed a relationship with a Broker in my area who offers also offers an agent and financing! Yea!

Also I have started that paperwork to form my LLC. and ordered my business cards the other day...
