In RE Investing since 1984, doing Buy, Fix and Sell in San Antonio, TX until S & L crash broke us. Moved to FL in 1994 and worked in RE/Mortgage business until the Wall Street debacle. We moved back to TX to start the investment business, once again. Frank is an Alumna of UTSA/Acctg., and holds a Contractors License for TX and a RE License in FL. I am an Alumna of SAC/Paralegal-Finance/AA, and PBAU/Human Resources/BS. I hold Mortgage Broker and Title Agent Licenses and am a Notary in FL. Even with all this background, we have been stifled as to which direction to take. Hence, Dean’s books, forums, etc. Everything is different now.
