When I was about 14 or 15, I watched the infomercial on think a little different. i asked my dad to order it and he unwillingly did lol. in my head i thought the price was reasonable. i kept that package by my side but at 14-18 there was not a whole lot to do. at 18 2007 i joined the army and that put a 4 year break on my RE venture, i still studied the package and other info online but was not able to do much or so i thought, well i did my first deal at 20 while i was in Afghanistan all over the phone and fax, unfortunately after making a deposit and having everything signed ready to go, instead of reenlisting and having steady income i decided i was leaving the military so i did not know i would have steady income to afford the house, so i had to walk away, i was buying it for me personally. so i even took the think a little different guide over seas with me, but i when mailing back a personal mail package my whole package including think a little different a external hard drive a Walt Disney 100 disc box set and much more went "MISSING".so i got out of the military in 2010 luckily i had made many copies of all the contracts and agreements that came with think a little different, so in my room at my dads house i still had all the forms i needed to do business. well 3 more years go by wasting time, but i finally made another personal deal happen, with my due diligence, my wife and i closed on a 5.5 acre piece of property with a 2500 sq ft house a 1600 sq ft house and a 900 sq ft trailer. which we live in one and rent the other two which helps with the mortgage, we will have it paid off in mid 2016 which the intent was to pay it off get a loan to do some repairs, to justify more in rents, then once the repairs where done take another mortgage on the house to pay off the first mortgage and do my first flip. well i had an accident which i am still working in a food packaging plant was we speak but it is not helping my hand, i have multiple prospective properties in the works right now and looking to give this a go full time which i should have done almost 10 years ago. i could be a seasoned vet at this by now, well thanks for reading
