I've bought properties and instead of concentrating on buying and selling them. I've been busy trying not to get Property Direct to honor a purchase agreement, of haveing paying tenents and a monthly cash flow, instead what I got is a trashed house that needed referbushment and evicted tenants.

Dean through your company I bought some property from Property direct and I still have problems with them resolving these problems. Now if you want me to start logging in and complaining about it in this form its ok with me. Though I don't think it is good for me to complain on this form. My last post dated Aug.10 2011 says most of the complaint.

So I need to talk to someone to get this taken care of before I finish a agreement with American Greed! So please respond!

I went to you seminars to one of your buying events. I purchased 4 properties. One was supposed to have renters and paying rent. Though as soon as I contacted the management company that was managing the property, they told me that they were evicting the tenants because of not paying the rents and the downstairs tenant had a conflict in the tenants renting rules. I then contacted Property Direct and they told me that they would take care of it. Well I'm still trying to get them to fix the problem or give me my money back. These people are crooks and liars. That was just the first property. The other properties was rehabs. One was done after cost overruns but it was completed. The second rehab was paid for but no work was done, and the foundation was unstable according to Axiom Property Management - Rob Attinger. So now I got ripped off from on of your management companies - Greg McCluskey of PPM. His group took my money then skipped, without doing the job they were paid for. All in all, only one property was done to some satisfaction, one will be handled this August, and the others are still being dealt with, trying to get Property Direct to live up to their promises. Dean you are in partially to blame cause you make statement about your seminars and the statements are not true, you rip off the elderly and people with some money trying to make it. If only you kept your promises I would not be writing this letter complaining. This is the Third time I tried to get some help from you but all I get is runarounds.
