I am a new student at the Success Academy. I have also purchased the set for life package including the edge2011 package. Due to my day job I travel a lot and am not putting too much time in to my investment lessons as much as I would like to. I am a bit nervous. I feel that I am falling behind. I live in Silver Spring, MD and work in Washington,DC. I want to get into the investment business in the three metropolitan areas. That is DC, MD and VA.

I am teachable and would like to work with other DG family members in my area. If any one sees this message from my area feel free to contact me.

Avid reader, Traveler, Soccer player, I basically have traveled half of the world. I want to succeed in my new real estate career to be financially secured so that I can continue to travel to see the rest of the world.

I wanted to drop by and welcome you to Deans board. We are all like one big family here. Feel free to ask questions from those of us who have done lots of deals. If one can't help there are others that will have an answer for you. Read all you can here on the forum and make sure you have Deans 2 books. The books are worth their weight in gold. They helped to to successfully close 21 cash deals as of now. Again welcome and I look forward to hearing about your first RE deal.

P.S. when you get time fill out your profile information. It is a great way to learn about people and where they are located so you can find others in your area to network with and do deals together.
