Hello. I recently purchased Dean's Book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now." I've only knit picked through this website because I am overwhelmed but very happy that it seems like this site has full of good information. I'm still kind of lost on info I've read about "No Money Down" transactions. I'm not finished with the book yet and I'm the type of person that has to go back and read things so the information can sink into my brains cells...

I know I can go to a thread already made or start a topic but can you point me in the right direction because I don't want to be suspended from this site if I'm doing the wrong thing.
