i'm a 47 year old government worker who has dabbled in real estate in the past. i have alway had a tough time but i have done fairly well this this last crash. i wiped me out and lest me near bankrupt. what i have read is starting to get me back on tract. i'm a little more scared then i ues to be, maybe because i cant make up losses anymore. im going to stay and learn as much as i can and i enjoy the web casts. keep up the good work.

i recieved your books a few months ago and enjoyed reading right now i was half way done when my truck was broken into. they stole some cd and one dvd and your book. I guess they what to be real estate crooks.
