I have been self employed all my life and know first hand about how life cycle takes us on a roller coaster ride. I happen to be at the bottom again in my life after just finising 15 years in a business of trucking. Deeper in debt than I was before I started the trucking business. I used leverage for the business and it won. I am not bitter since I do beleive failure does makes us stronger. I will this time around stay focused on real estate, as I have been toying with it for over 20 years. I have no choice because failure is not a opition.
