Been doing fix & flips from the work side for the last five years, now I would like to be on the side that actually makes money. Even with the info in the DG books I'm stuck. I have horrible credit and no cash, would like that to change, but the only way to do that is make this info work.
I have the know how to do the rehab side of this business and am looking for a partner that has either the cash or credit to move forward with some deals.
I have the experience and the drive, I'm looking for the partner that is willing to work with me.
