OfflineI am 30 years old, no life partner, and recently have an immense amount of time on my hands. I have been interested in real estate for a long time. I have been studying on my own for a couple of years now, went to some auctions, tried to purchase a few properties but never had quite enough capital. I have recently decided to pursue it ambitiously. Right after I ordered some of Dean's books, I was permanently laid-off from my job. I figure it was a blessing in disguise. I spend just about every waking hour learning whatever I can about real estate, trying to find clarity in the things I have yet to grasp. I am hopeful that I will meet others who can pass on knowledge from what they have learned, as there seems to be a lot of positive and encouraging people here.
