Hi shannon i have read your post, and so far we have several things in common. I to have joined the the Academy ( I thinks it is awesome!). I have a newborn baby which is 3 months old today , and I am having difficulties going out and searching for vacant houses. Do you recommend any avenues I should take. I was also thinking of Investing in tax liens. I have very little money, and my credit is not so great. Thank you for your time and any advice
