My wife and i are looking to partner with serious cash buyers where we will wholesale properties to them at a discounted rate. and for those investors that want to joint venture on renovation projects, we would manage the renovation and bring the property to market for them for a 50/50 split of the profits. I have 18 years construction experience, so managing renovations on any project is not a issue for us. my wife is looking to retire from the nursing industry, so she will assist me with paper work and assist with clients.

Hi i am Gerry and my wife is Sue, we are very excited to be part of Deans extended family. we have always wanted to be involved in real estate investing at some level, but we have never committed our self's to learning what we need to know or took any kind of action until now.
We want to wholesale some properties at first, then buy and hold for rental income for our own income needs in the future.
I have 18 years experience in the construction industry, so renovation projects are right up my alley. I have always been in business for my self as well, so i don't have the fear lots of people start out with coming form a 9 to 5 job.
My wife Sue has been a RN for 25 years, and is ready for a change. i am especially excited to be part of the real estate investors community, since my wife is 1,000% committed to this as well.
We are the proud parents of Gerry 23, and Jessy 21. we have also had many cats and dogs along the way, so i guess you could say we are animal lovers too. We have opened our home to kids in need over the years, and to this day that has been the most rewarding and frustrating experience of my life.
