Well it's Monday and I am searching for the letter samples you would send local professionals, to add them to your cash buyers list? i have looked under forms but can only find the letter you send to cash buyers who have already bought in my area.
My intent is so contact local doctors, lawyers, dentists, and business owners to build my cash buyers list.

I would like to hear from any one who has been successful in receiving pre forclosure properties in your area.
What is the best way to accomplish this task? i live in central Florida and the market is on a steady climb here, so reo's that are on the mls are getting multiple bids here. I am attempting to find properties prior to hitting the mls to avoid any kind of bidding war.
