My partner and I are REI D. G. alumni and wanted to say hi. We are 4 months in the making and learning everyday. Where are you in your quest?
If you want, maybe we can network, share, learn, and make some shared profits in our dealings together, if that happens? We are not greedy and want to do more, but are limited by funds, but not by might.
We are strictly wholesale / assignment folks, but looking for fix and flip and lease options and other opportunties, funding or not. We also have a few buyers and fully funded folks that we are working with to find some properties. Since you are in Sac and we are in El Dorado, maybe we can have you help us by viewing properties and sending us any leads on what we , our buyers, are looking for? We will sign a contract so that protects your interest, but we need to know asap if we need to lock it up, contract with the seller.
If you don't know how to analyze, that's ok, just send us vital bits of info and we will analyze and hopefully get the seller under contract and have the buyer or get funding to close ourselves quickly.
