OfflineI'm 50 years old, an electrical contractor in Colorado, struggling with the economic downturn, about to be divorce, so I figured its now time to start over. I am going to do that with Dean's help. I have bought the books, been listening to his blogs and emails, bought the Set for Life program, but am struggling with lack of funds to join the accademy to help me in my direction. Read some of the advice from the other members so I have set up an LLC, "Mountain Property Investments, LLC" for the 'debt to income' problem I read on one of the posts. I am trying to get some business cards made, to be more professional. I have asked a real estate friend of mine to get me a list of the cash buyers for the past year in our local counties to build a buyers list, and have an ad on craigslist for the same. Reading the books to understand the strategies to determine which one to start using in our area. As funds are lacking, I think assignments will probably the best. Fear and negativity from family are present, but I will keep moving forward on this new adventure!
