I saw you online so I decided to stop by your guestbook to say hello and introduce myself.
I live in the eastern part of the US, more specifically, I live in the great state of North Carolina. I have self- studied really estate for many years; bought a real estate investing course; and acquired a property that I rented to tenants. I have always wanted to invest in real estate full-time, because of the life style that it can provide. Last year I decided to put forth my greatest effort to make my goal of becoming a full-time real estate investor a reality. I got 3 of Dean's books; read 'em; took notes; implemented what I learned; started to associate more; and found successes happening for me.
